Anonymous sociological survey

According to the letter No. 18-1/239 dated 03.05.2024 of the “Sumy OCKPH of the Ministry of Health” of the Romny District Department, it is proposed to conduct an anonymous sociological survey aimed at determining the risks of infection with viral hepatitis B and C associated with manicure and pedicure services.
The target audience of this study is the female population of the Sumy region and Ukraine.
We offer you to answer test questions containing from two to four answer options. It will take you 1-3 minutes. Please choose the answer options that apply to you.
Questions 1, 5, 6, 7 are mandatory for all female respondents, questions 2, 3, 4 are additional for those women who use manicure/pedicure services.
